PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE (Apparel: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Crop Tops)

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the provided address within 14 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please note that depending on your location and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Music Downloads, Beats, Albums)

All sales of digital music products are final and non-refundable.

Once you have received access to download or stream digital content, the sale is considered complete and cannot be refunded. This includes:

  • Individual track downloads
  • Beat purchases
  • Album downloads
  • Any other digital music files

Please ensure you are purchasing the correct digital product before completing your order, as we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the digital file has been delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), including Germany:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting [Sobakedrecords@gmail.com]
  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your prior express consent

Customs and Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • These fees are non-refundable and are not included in our refund calculations

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
